• Prohibited postings: Employers may not post scams, misleading opportunities, or work-from-home jobs.
• Messaging: Employers may only contact job seekers who have applied to their postings. Direct outreach outside the platform is prohibited.
• Responsibility: Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of postings and communications.

4. User Conduct

• Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Do not collect or attempt to collect data about other users without consent.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the Services.
