Job Seekers:

  • Education, work experience, certifications, shift availability, About Me, and other profile details.
  • Pre-screening answers provided to employers.

Employers:

  • Full name, company name, and optional company website or links.
  • Job posting information.

Both:

  • Messages sent through the platform.
  • Usage data (e.g., logins, feature interactions).

2. How We Use Information

  • Facilitate job applications and employer communications.
  • Maintain and improve the Services.
  • Prevent fraud, scams, or misuse.

3. Sharing of Information

  • Job seekers’ profiles and applications are shared only with employers for jobs they apply to.
  • Employers cannot access job seeker information unless the seeker applies.
  • We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Your Rights

  • You may access, update, or delete your account at any time.
  • When you delete your account, your data is removed from Supabase storage.
